Third-party documents and challenges
An external agency’s PDF or a bot-protection challenge may behave differently from the main website. Include the document or form address when reporting a problem. This statement does not certify those third-party systems or an independent contractor’s communications.
Accessibility goal
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the design goal. Automated checks do not establish full conformance. A barrier can exist even when an automated check reports no errors.
