What this service is, and what it is not

Greater Burlington Restoration is not a restoration contractor. It does not inspect properties, produce estimates, perform mitigation or repairs, or warrant work. It publishes restoration information for the region and operates a service-request form.

Requests submitted through this site are reviewed and passed to an independent restoration company. Independent restoration companies may pay for marketing services or for qualified customer requests. No company pays for placement in the comparison or information pages, and those pages are not ordered by any commercial relationship.

The restoration company performs the work

The company that accepts a request identifies itself, inspects the property, explains the proposed scope and pricing, enters its own agreement with the customer, performs the work and handles warranties or workmanship questions. Greater Burlington Restoration is not a party to that agreement.

Send the address, callback number and a short description of the damage. You do not need to diagnose the problem before requesting help.

Request service

How request information is shared

With the requester's consent, the contact information, service address and damage details are shared with an independent restoration company selected to respond. Another company may be contacted if the first cannot accept the request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that any particular company will receive it, that a company will accept it, or that service will be available for a given address or timeframe.

Pricing and insurance

The restoration company and customer determine the work and price. Greater Burlington Restoration is not an insurer or adjuster and does not decide whether an insurance policy covers the loss.
